Any source of discharge, the construction or operation of which commenced before the publication by EPA of proposed categorical pretreatment standards that will be applicable to such source if the standard is thereafter promulgated in accordance with CWA section 307.\n\n2. Any stationary soure which is not a new source.\n\n3. Any source which is not a new source as defined above.\n\n4. Any affected source that is not a new source.\n\n5. Meaning given in the applicable requirements incorporated into §§ 55.13 and 55.14 of this part, except that for two years following the date of promulgation of this part the definition given in § 55.3 of this part shall apply for the purpose of determining the required date of compliance with this part.\n\n6. Any source as defined in §63.72, the construction or reconstruction of which commenced prior to proposal of an applicable section 112(d) standard.",
