Field Corn

Corn that is low in sugar and high in starch with very firm kernels. It is primarily used for animal feed and commercially prepared products for human consumption, such as syrups, sugars, corn chips, oil, and sweeteners for soft drinks. Non-edible manufactured goods are also produced from this corn, including plastics, adhesives, and fuel additives.
