Batch process vent releasing annual organic HAP emissions greater than the level specified in § 63.1323(d) and with a cutoff flow rate, calculated in accordance with § 63.1323(f), greater than or equal to the annual average batch vent flow rate. Annual organic HAP emissions and annual average batch vent flow rate are determined at the exit of the batch unit operation, as described in § 63.1323(a)(2). Annual organic HAP emissions are determined as specified in § 63.1323(b), and annual average batch vent flow rate is determined as specified in § 63.1323(e).\n\n2. Each of the batch process vents in a process for which the collective uncontrolled organic HAP emissions from all of the batch process vents are greater than or equal to 10,000 lb/yr at an existing source or greater than or equal to 3,000 lb/yr at a new source.",
