Inter-Tribal Consortia

A coalition of two or more separate Indian tribes that join together for the purpose of applying for a grant. An intertribal consortium is eligible to receive a Cooperative Agreement from EPA only if the intertribal consortium demonstrates that all members of the consortium meet the eligibility requirements for the Cooperative Agreement, and all members authorize the consortium to apply for and receive assistance.
