Invasive animal species

1. An (animal) species that is brought into an area, usually by human movement, and begins to out compete native species.

2. With respect to a particular ecosystem, any species that is not native to that ecosystem, and whose introduction does or is likely to cause economic or environmental harm or harm to human health.

3. Non-indigenous plant or animal species that can harm the environment, human health, or the economy.
