Isotope Dilution Quantitation
Term · Environment · MLC-T-ENV-015037
1. A means of determining a naturally occurring (native) compound by reference to the same compound in which one or more atoms has been isotopically enriched. In isotope dilution, labeled compounds are often spiked into each sample and allow identification and correction of the concentration of the native compounds in the analytical process. {OW/EAD} {OAR/OAQPS} {ORCR}
