Manufacturing Use Product

1. An MP or MUP is any pesticide product other than an end use product. A product may consist of the technical grade of active ingredient only, or may contain inert ingredients such as stabilizers or solvents (40 CFR § 153(h)). MPs are intended and labeled for formulation and repackaging into other pesticide products.

2. Any product intended (labeled) for formulation or repackaging into other pesticide products.
