Media addressed indicates which types of media (i.e., soil, air, surface water, ground water, drinking water, sediments) are impacted by the identified contaminants. This includes each and every media impacted at levels that are actionable under state, tribal, and/or federal standards. If the assessment activity is preliminary in nature and does not report potential affects by media, "unknown" is indicated.
