1. Any non-stationary source of air pollution such as cars, trucks, motorcycles, buses, airplanes, and locomotives.

2. Any vehicle, rolling stock, or other means of transportation which contains or carries a reportable quantity of a hazardous substance.

3. On-road (highway) vehicles (e.g., automobiles, trucks and motorcycles) and nonroad vehicles (e.g., trains, airplanes, agricultural equipment, industrial equipment, construction vehicles, off-road motorcycles, and marine vessels).

4. Locomotives, aircraft, motor vehicles, nonroad vehicles, nonroad engines, and marine vessels.
