Nonroad Mobile Source

1. Mobile sources not found on roads and highways (e.g., airplanes, trains, lawn mowers, construction vehicles, farm machinery).
2. Mobile sources not used on roads and highways for transportation of passengers or freight. Nonroad sources include: aircraft; heavy equipment; locomotives; marine vessels; recreation vehicles (snowmobiles, all-terrain vehicles, etc.); and small engines and tools (lawnmowers, etc.)
