2. 1. A well used to obtain water quality samples or measure groundwater levels.
3. 2. A well drilled at a hazardous waste management facility or Superfund site to collect ground-water samples for the purpose of physical, chemical, or biological analysis to determine the amounts, types, and distribution of contaminants in the groundwater beneath the site.
4. A well used to take water quality samples or to measure ground water levels.
