Nivalenol

Nivalenol is produced by the Fusarium nivale fungi and has also only recently been isolated. Little is known of its growth cycle or habitat range. Studies have shown it to be much rarer in occurrence and has only been found in a few samples of barley, wheat, wheat flour, and rice.
