No-migration petitions

Demonstrations that fluids injected into a Class I hazardous waste well will remain in the injection zone for 10,000 years or as long as the fluid remains hazardous or until the waste decomposes or otherwise is attenuated to non-hazardous levels before migrating from the injection zone. No-migration petitions involve sophisticated hydrogeological and geochemical modeling.
