1. A natural or synthetic EPCRA Section 313 chemical is used in chemical reactions for the manufacture of another chemical substance or of a product. Includes but is not limited to, feedstocks, raw materials, intermediates, and initiators.
2. A natural or synthetic EPCRA Section 313 chemical is used in chemical reactions for the manufacture of another chemical substance or of a product. If the chemical is processed as a reactant, you must indicate the applicable sub-uses: Feedstocks, Raw materials, Intermediates, Initiators, and P199 Other.
