Radiation Protection

Basic radiation protection concepts can be applied separately or in combination to help limit people's exposure to increased radiation levels, including time: limiting time near the radiation source, distance: increasing the distance from a radiation source, and shielding: placing material or a barrier between a person and a radiation source.
