Air pollutants exhausted from a unit or source into the atmosphere, as measured, recorded, and reported to the Administrator by the designated representative and as determined by the Administrator, in accordance with the emissions monitoring requirements of part 75 of this chapter.\n\n2. Air pollutants exhausted from a unit or source into the atmosphere, as measured, recorded, and reported to the Administrator by the NOX authorized account representative and as determined by the Administrator in accordance with subpart H of this part.\n\n3. Air pollutants exhausted from a unit or source into the atmosphere, as measured, recorded, and reported to the Administrator by the designated representative, and as modified by the Administrator: (1) In accordance with this subpart; and(2) With regard to a period before the unit or source is required to measure, record, and report such air pollutants in accordance with this subpart, in accordance with part 75 of this chapter.",
