1. Pesticide application in and around houses, office buildings, apartment buildings, motels, and other living or working areas.
2. Use of a pesticide or device:(1) Directly on humans or pets;(2) In, on, or around any structure, vehicle, article, surface or area associated with the household, including but not limited to areas such as non-agricultural outbuildings, non-commercial greenhouses, pleasure boats and recreational vehicles; or (3) In or around any preschool or day care facility.
3. Use of a pesticide directly:(1) On humans or pets,(2) In, on, or around any structure, vehicle, article, surface, or area associated with the household, including but not limited to areas such as non-agricultural outbuildings, non-commercial greenhouses, pleasure boats and recreational vehicles, or(3) In any preschool or day care facility.
4. Use by a private individual of a chemical substance or any product containing the chemical substance in or around a permanent or temporary household, during recreation, or for any personal use or enjoyment. Use within a household for commercial or medical applications is not included in this definition, nor is use in automobiles, watercraft, or aircraft.
