  "definition": "1. This event indicates that the feasibility and appropriateness of stabilization activities at this facility have been evaluated. This evaluation should be completed using the National Corrective Action Stabilization Questionnaire or a similar type of evaluation which asks the same range of questions. A status code should be entered for the areas covered by each evaluation. The status codes are consistent with the possible outcomes from the National Corrective Action Stabilization Questionnaire.\n\n2. A status code of NR should be entered if the facility is not amenable to stabilization activity at the present time for reasons other than 1) it appears to be technically infeasible or inappropriate (NF) or 2) there is a lack of technical information (IN). Reasons for this conclusion may be the status of closure at the facility, the degree of risk, timing considerations, the status of corrective action work at the facility, or other administrative considerations.",
