In the case of bulk resin, stripper includes any vessel which is used to remove residual vinyl chloride from polyvinyl chloride resin immediately following the polymerization step in the plant process flow.
2. Liquid that is applied to an aerospace vehicle or component to remove permanent coatings such as primers and topcoats.
