A European multinational aerospace corporation that designs, manufactures, and sells civil and military aircraft. The company is one of the world's two largest commercial airliner manufacturers, producing a family of aircraft from the narrow-body A320 to the wide-body A350 and the double-deck A380. Airbus aircraft are identifiable by their common flight deck philosophy and fly-by-wire control systems, which were first introduced on the A320.
