Combined Charging System: A standard for rapidly charging electric vehicles, integrating both AC and DC charging capabilities into a single port. It uses a common inlet on the vehicle and a connector that can accept either AC power through the upper pins or DC power through the lower pins. CCS supports charging speeds up to 350 kilowatts for some vehicles.
