Cut and come again

A harvesting method for certain crops where only a portion of the plant is removed, allowing it to regrow and produce subsequent harvests. This technique is commonly applied to leafy greens like lettuce, spinach, and herbs, as well as some cut flowers. It extends the harvest period and maximizes yield from a single planting.
