Pachuca tank

A tall, cylindrical tank used in mineral processing, particularly for the agitation and leaching of finely ground ore pulps. Compressed air is introduced at the bottom, creating an airlift effect that circulates the slurry and promotes intimate contact between the ore particles and the leaching solution. This design is commonly employed in the cyanidation of gold and silver ores.
