A prefabricated building or enclosure that houses medium and low voltage switchgear, motor control centers, and related control equipment. A Power Distribution Center (PDC), also known as an e-house, is factory-assembled and tested before being transported to a site for rapid installation and connection. These structures are built to NEMA 3R standards for outdoor use, providing protection against falling rain and sleet.
