Peter Pan collar

A style of flat, soft collar with rounded corners that lies against the garment instead of standing up. It is named after the collar worn by actress Maude Adams in her 1905 role as Peter Pan. The collar is constructed from two symmetrical pieces that meet at the front, either closing at the center or leaving a small gap.
