Spinner knob

A small, rotating knob attached to the rim of a steering wheel, designed to assist in one-handed steering, particularly for individuals with limited mobility. This device allows for quick and easy rotation of the steering wheel with minimal effort. It is also sometimes used in commercial vehicles for maneuvering in tight spaces.
