Conditionally renewable

A type of insurance policy, such as health or disability income, that the insurer can refuse to renew under certain conditions specified in the contract. These conditions are usually related to the insured reaching a certain age, changing occupation, or the insurer discontinuing the entire class of policies. The insurer must provide advance notice of non-renewal and cannot cancel the policy during its term.
