Individuals specifically named in an insurance policy, such as a fidelity bond or key person life insurance, whose actions or loss directly trigger coverage. These employees are identified by name or job title because of their unique responsibilities, access to sensitive assets, or value to the organization. Unlike blanket coverage that protects against losses from any employee, this coverage applies only to the listed individuals.
