Designated workplaces exclusion endorsement

A workers compensation endorsement, form WC 00 03 02, that removes coverage for injuries to employees at the workplaces listed in the policy. It is typically used when those locations are insured under another program, such as a wrap-up on a construction project, so that the same exposure is not covered twice.
