Wrap-up exclusion endorsement
Term · Insurance and risk management · MLC-T-INS-003560
An endorsement added to a general liability policy that removes coverage for an insured's involvement in a 'wrap-up' insurance program. Wrap-up programs, also known as owner-controlled or contractor-controlled insurance programs, provide a single policy for all contractors and subcontractors on a large construction project. This exclusion prevents duplicate coverage and clarifies which policy is primary.
