Extra percentage tables

Actuarial tables used in life insurance underwriting to adjust standard mortality rates for individuals with higher-than-average health risks or hazardous occupations. These tables apply an additional percentage to the standard premium to reflect the increased likelihood of a claim. Underwriters use these tables to calculate appropriate premiums for substandard risks.
