Nonpecuniary relief

A form of legal remedy that does not involve monetary compensation, but instead seeks to correct a wrong through actions or injunctions. Examples include court orders to cease certain activities, specific performance of a contract, or declarations of rights. This type of relief addresses non-financial harms or seeks to prevent future damages.
