Personal effects floater

An inland marine floater that covers the personal effects of travelers, such as clothing, luggage, and cameras, against loss or damage anywhere in the world but not while at the insured's home. It is sold either per trip or annually, typically on an all-risk basis. A personal articles floater, by contrast, insures specifically listed valuables such as jewelry and fine arts wherever they are located.
