Stop gap endorsement

An addition to a general liability insurance policy that provides coverage for employer's liability in states where monopolistic state funds provide workers' compensation insurance. In these states, the standard workers' compensation policy does not include Part Two (Employer's Liability). This endorsement fills that gap, protecting employers from lawsuits alleging negligence for employee injuries.
