Treaty reinsurance

A type of reinsurance where the ceding insurer agrees to cede and the reinsurer agrees to accept all risks of a certain class or type that meet predefined criteria. This arrangement provides automatic coverage for a portfolio of policies, rather than negotiating each risk individually. It offers efficiency and stability for both parties.
