Dodd-Frank: Title II - Orderly Liquidation Authority

The section of the Dodd-Frank Act that provides a mechanism for the orderly resolution of large, complex financial institutions whose failure could pose a systemic risk to the U.S. financial system. It grants the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) authority to act as receiver for such institutions.
