United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims

A national court of record that has exclusive jurisdiction to review decisions of the Board of Veterans' Appeals. It hears appeals from veterans who believe the Department of Veterans Affairs has wrongly denied their claims for benefits. Decisions of this court may be appealed to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
