Whistleblogger

An individual who uses a blog or other social media platform to publicly disclose information about perceived misconduct, unethical behavior, or illegal activities within an organization. Unlike traditional whistleblowers who report internally or to regulatory agencies, a whistleblogger communicates directly with the public. This public disclosure can trigger legal protections under whistleblower laws, but may also expose the individual to defamation lawsuits or other forms of retaliation.
