Circular economy
Term · Logistics and supply chain · MLC-T-LOG-000048
An economic model that aims to keep resources in use for as long as possible, extract the maximum value from them while in use, then recover and regenerate products and materials at the end of each service life. This approach contrasts with the traditional linear 'take-make-dispose' model by focusing on waste reduction, reuse, repair, and recycling. It seeks to minimize resource input and waste generation.
