Hygrometric tables
Term · Meteorology and atmospheric science · MLC-T-MET-006372
A set of pre-calculated data tables used to determine atmospheric humidity from measurements made by a psychrometer. These tables correlate the dry-bulb temperature and the wet-bulb depression (the difference between dry-bulb and wet-bulb temperatures) to values of relative humidity and dew point. By finding the intersection of the measured dry-bulb temperature and the wet-bulb depression in the table, a user can directly read the corresponding humidity value.
