International synoptic code

A standardized numerical code used for transmitting meteorological observations from surface stations and upper-air soundings across international networks. This code allows for efficient and unambiguous communication of weather data, including temperature, pressure, humidity, wind, and cloud conditions. It is regularly updated by the World Meteorological Organization to accommodate new observational capabilities.
