Rainy climate

A climate classification characterized by abundant precipitation throughout the year, sufficient to support lush vegetation without a pronounced dry season. These climates are found in equatorial regions, such as the Amazon and Congo basins, and in some mid-latitude coastal areas influenced by moist maritime air masses. Under the Köppen climate classification system, tropical rainy climates are designated with the letter 'A' and have average temperatures above 18°C in every month.
