Polar climate

A climate type characterized by extremely cold temperatures throughout the year, with no month having an average temperature above 10 degrees Celsius. These regions experience very low precipitation, often in the form of snow, and are dominated by ice caps or tundra vegetation. The Köppen climate classification system designates these as E climates.
