Strong breeze

A wind of moderate strength, characterized by large waves forming on water and whistling sounds heard in rigging. On land, it causes whole trees to sway and makes it difficult to walk against the wind. According to the Beaufort scale, a strong breeze corresponds to a force 6 wind, with speeds ranging from 22 to 27 knots (25 to 31 mph).
