Upon administration, autologous anti-CD19/CD20/CD22 CAR T-cells target and bind to CD19, CD20 and CD22 expressed on the surface of certain tumor cells. This induces selective toxicity in tumor cells expressing these TAAs. CD19, CD20 and CD22 are B-cell-specific cell surface antigens overexpressed in B-cell lineage malignancies.",
