chlorambucil-prednisone regimen

  1. A chemotherapy combination used to treat chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). It includes the drugs chlorambucil hydrochloride and prednisone. Also called chlorambucil-prednisone, CP, and CP regimen.

  2. A regimen consisting of chlorambucil and prednisone used for the treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
