Gemcitabine-erlotinib regimen

  1. A chemotherapy combination used for the treatment of locally advanced and metastatic pancreatic cancer. It includes the drugs gemcitabine hydrochloride and erlotinib hydrochloride. Also called gemcitabine-Tarceva regimen.

  2. A first-line chemotherapy regimen consisting of gemcitabine and erlotinib used for the treatment of locally advanced and metastatic pancreatic cancer.
