Accident (Highway-Rail Grade-Crossing)

An impact between on-track railroad equipment and an automobile, bus, truck, motorcycle, bicycle, farm vehicle, or pedestrian or other highway user at a designated crossing site. Sidewalks, pathways, shoulders, and ditches associated with the crossing are considered to be part of the crossing site.
