1) An injury to one or more persons other than railroad employees that requires medical treatment; 2) An injury to one or more employees that requires medical treatment or that results in restriction of work or motion for one or more days, or one or more lost work days, transfer to another job, termination of employment, or loss of consciousness; 3) Any occupational illness affecting one or more railroad employees that is diagnosed by a physician.
