1) Injury to any person other than a railroad employee that requires medical treatment, or 2) Injury to a railroad employee that requires medical treatment or results in restriction of work or motion for one or more workdays, one or more lost workdays, termination of employment, transfer to another job, loss of consciousness, or any occupational illness of a railroad employee diagnosed by a physician.
